Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your letterpress stationery during transit. Each piece is wrapped in tissue and placed in a sturdy mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We’re working to expand our shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Longbourn Papers. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@longbournpapers.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement right away.
