How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Paper & Materials
What paper do you use?
All our stationery is printed on Crane Lettra, a 100% cotton paper in 110lb cover weight. It’s the gold standard for letterpress printing.
What is letterpress printing?
Letterpress is a centuries-old printing technique where inked plates are physically pressed into the paper, creating a tactile impression you can feel.
Are the colors exactly as shown?
We calibrate our images carefully, but monitor settings vary. The Crane Lettra cotton paper has a warm, natural tone that may appear slightly different in person.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces for weddings, events, and special occasions. Contact us at alexandra@longbournpapers.com to discuss your project.
What’s the minimum for custom orders?
Custom orders typically start at 50 pieces. Contact us for details and pricing.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Custom orders are non-refundable.
How should I store my stationery?
Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The cotton paper will last for generations with proper care.
