Shipping Policy
Patience makes perfect paper goods.
At Longbourn, we believe beautiful things are worth the wait. Each order is packed with care and intention, and we do our best to get your items to you in a timely manner.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Custom or personalized items may take longer—please refer to individual product descriptions for current turnaround times.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may increase slightly. If you’re ever in a rush, reach out—we’ll do what we can.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Estimated delivery windows (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier service, weather or customs.
Local Delivery – Salt Lake City Area
We offer local hand delivery for customers within the Salt Lake City metro area, including surrounding suburbs. Orders eligible for local delivery will be given the option at checkout.
Delivery fee: $5 flat rate
Delivery window: Within 2–4 business days after processing

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, send us a note at rscottf@icloud.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees upon delivery. We are not able to mark items as gifts or falsify customs documents.
Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Note: Longbourn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you run into a delivery issue, we’re happy to help troubleshoot—just email us.
Packaging
All orders are packed in recyclable or reusable packaging with care and intention. If you’re sending a gift, let us know—we’re happy to include a handwritten note.
